Welcome to my blog!

After much pussy-footing around, I finally got down to work and started my blog. I'm really looking forward to posting about my needlework shop, stitching, designing, and whatever else I can think of.

Speaking of pussyfooting around, here's a photo a friend of mine took of me and my cat. Well, actually my foot and my cat.


Meet Daisy. I've had her for about 2 months and you'll probably be seeing a lot of her on my blog. She's just about a year old and I found her at an animal shelter. She had been turned in to the shelter with 3 one day old kittens. She raised and weened her kittens and now (being an empty nester) she fits right in at our "empty nest".
